We just returned from Lebanon, where we saw God move in a powerful way! Our medical team consisted of members from The Brooklyn Tabernacle and Lamb’s Chapel, led by Jerry Park and Wesley Varughese.

Our staff and volunteers treated 516 patients in three locations across Lebanon, providing much-needed care and celebrating the soft launch of our new Life Center in the Bekaa Valley.

In addition to the medical outreach, one of the highlights of the trip was the workshop we hosted with Dr. Nahla and her medical team. Members of our team shared their personal experiences, emphasizing the importance of approaching medical service and care from a place of healing and wholeness. At the end of the workshop, our team spent time praying over Dr. Nahla’s medical team, who serves across the border in Syria. This approach to holistic ministry is the most effective way to minister in closed countries, where access to the Gospel is limited.

Dr. Nahla shared her gratitude for our team’s presence, emphasizing how it encouraged her and reinforced the unity of the Body of Christ.

The soft launch of the Lebanon Life Center in Bekaa Valley was a moment of pure joy. You may recall that we broke ground at this location last summer—one of the things we’re excited about is that this Life Center will provide medical training for up-and-coming healthcare practitioners. Students can then put their knowledge into practice right there within the clinic. This integrated approach ensures that knowledge and care go hand in hand, making a lasting impact on the community.

We’re excited to continue nurturing this center as a beacon of hope and transformation.

Thank you for your continued support, which enables us to bring help, healing, and the Gospel to the people of Lebanon. Your prayers and contributions are making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.

In Christ,
