At Open Eyes, Christ’s love compels us to share the Good News. More than 3 billion people in the world still haven’t heard the Gospel, and we aim to change that. Evangelism is at the heart of what we do: we desire to see lives and communities transformed as we care for people on the margins. To accomplish this, we equip local leaders called Mobile Messengers™ with the training and transportation necessary to travel to remote areas around the world, bringing the Good News of Jesus Christ. We are driven by building relationships and engaging people where they are.

And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, “How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!” — Romans 10:15

Our Mobile Messengers™ serve their communities by evangelizing and planting churches. We equip local churches with the tools and resources to flourish and support their congregations. Right now, we have over 3,000 churches in the Open Eyes network and have seen over 32,000 new believers baptized into the faith. Our aim is to plant and support churches that are missional in focus, baptizing believers and impacting communities.

Feed and shepherd God’s flock—his church, purchased with his own blood—over which the Holy Spirit has appointed you as leaders. — Acts 20:28

We believe that by serving people in tangible ways, we demonstrate the whole Gospel for the whole person. Our relief and development projects seek to bring holistic transformation to communities that urgently need long-term support. One way we accomplish this is through developing Life Centers in areas of great need. These Life Centers provide medical care and economic support and jobs training, while fostering spiritual formation.
