We’re still reeling from the amazing experience of our first medical mission trip to Kenya! On this trip we were truly able to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

Our staff saw 250 patients on the first day and worked with the local public health office to refer hundreds of patients for follow up. Every day there were long lines of people waiting to be seen by our medical staff—some traveling from great distances. Many patients came down from Tanzania as word spread of what we were doing in the area.

A woman named Agnes traveled about 40 km to the medical camp and arrived so late in the day that the staff had to initially turn her away. She came back the next day (late at night) but our team made treating her a priority. They were able to hear her story and show her the love of Jesus. 

Our team was touched by a continual outpouring of gratitude from the community. A native tribe even expressed their thanks through song and by giving the team necklaces.
