Over 163 women were equipped in Nepal!

Mobile Messenger Lily (pictured above with Bella Mathews) has been busy traveling around her home country ministering to women. Here’s what she shared with us:

As I look back at the last 12 months, I feel the grace of God in my life as I was able to train 8 different groups of women—163 women were encouraged and equipped by the Word of God. When I had cancer in 2008, I used to pray from my hospital bed, “Lord, have mercy upon me, I want to live. And if you heal me from this, the aim of my life as long as I live will be serving you and doing something to expand your Kingdom.”  Now I see the answer to my prayers. I find my joy when women are healed from trauma, encouraged and equipped. I am so proud to be part of the Open Eyes family.

We thank God for fearless women like Lily who, along with her husband Santosh, lead the ministry of Open Eyes in the beautiful country of Nepal.
